Blueberries are always a good addition to any smoothie and I’ve been having them more often since I learned blueberries are good for the brain. I’m getting forgetful – too many things competing for attention is my excuse, lol! My local store has frozen blueberries on offer at the moment so I’m heading off to get some more shortly.
