Recipe: Coffee Mocha Smoothie for less than 130 Calories
Serves 2; approx 127 cals each
Ingredients:
- 1 cup regular brewed Coffee
- a ripe Banana
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- Almond Milk, 1 cup, or regular milk
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
Optional sweetening:
- Honey OR Maple Syrup, to taste
OR 1-2 Medjool Dates
OR 2-4 small Dates
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
