Recipe: Coconut Green Smoothie only 170 Calories
Serves 1; approx 168 cals
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- a 1/2 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk beverage
- 1/2-3/4 frozen Banana
- 2 cup baby Spinach
- 1 T unsweetened Coconut
- a tsp. Chia seeds
