I’ve had a really busy week. I’ve been running all over the place trying to get everything done. So much so, I’m reminded of a dog chasing its tail – although it’s much funnier to watch the dog, lol!
I’m resting briefly at the moment but I need loads of energy for later in the day. So I’ve just made an energy-packed, wake-me-up chocolate coconut smoothie that was delicious.
The chocolate is optional, so I have not included it in the calorie calculations. But as I love chocolate, that’s what I had.
And again, how sweet a smoothie should be is variable. Add a little honey, raw if you can get it, or maple syrup or a couple of dates, if you need more sweetness. Remember, a ripe banana will often be sufficient.
