There are just 3 ingredients in this tasty smoothie: strawberry, mango and coconut … well, plus some ice, but that doesn’t really count, does it? And as it is so low in calories it’s great to top you up when you feel in need of a bit more energy.
I’ve been on a coconut kick again recently. I’ll often times eat one thing for ages, switch to something else, and then come back to the first. Not quite a rotation, but not so far removed from it, lol! Do you do things in phases, too?

Recipe: Strawberry Mango Coconut Smoothie for Under 150 Calories
Serves 2 small: approx 142 cals each
Serves 1 as a meal replacement smoothie; approx 284 cals
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Strawberries (about 6, depending on size)
- 1 cup Mango, diced (about ½ a medium mango)
- ¼ cup full fat Coconut Milk, or your choice
- Ice (or water if you prefer a thinner mix)
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
