This tasty recipe from Liren at KitchenConfidante (details at the end of the post) is only 180 calories a serving. That’s so light you could drink the whole thing for breakfast and still have a few spare cals left over for later.
It uses pumpkin butter. You can buy this or make your own.
And if you wish to keep things seasonal then do the latter and use whatever pumpkins are available in your neck of the woods, now.

Recipe: Pumpkin Butter Smoothie Just 180 Calories
Serves 2; approx 180 cals each
Serves 1 to replace a meal; approx 360 cals
Ingredients:
- 6 oz nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Butter
- 1/2 frozen Banana
- 2 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon Honey
To Serve (if you wish – adjust cals if that matters to you):
- 1/2 Tbs Honey, drizzled
- a few crushed Pecans
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
