Recipe: Protein-Rich Strawberry Smoothie from Just 125 Calories
Serves 4; approx 125 cals, 12 g protein each
Serves 3; approx 166 cals, 16 g protein each
Serves 2 as a meal; approx 250 cals, 24 g protein each
Ingredients:
- 2 cups / about 288 g whole Strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup / about 200 g grass-fed non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 cup grass-fed skim Milk
- 2 tablespoon Hemp seeds
- Optional: 1 tsp raw Honey, to taste (1 tsp = 21; 1 Tbs = 64 extra)
- OR Maple Syrup, to taste (1 tsp = 17; 1 Tbs = 52 extra)
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
