Recipe: Orange n Pineapple Green Smoothie Just 150 Cals
Serves 2; approx 150 cals each
Ingredients:
2 cups green leaf Lettuce
2 Celery stalks with leaves
1 cup frozen Pineapple cubes
1 Orange, peeled and seeded
1 cup / 230 g segments & juice of Grapefruit*
1 cup Water
1-2 teaspoons raw Honey, optional
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
* Note: grapefruit can interfere with some medications. If in doubt, contact your medical professional.
