Lately I’ve been really into blueberries in just about anything. WILD blueberries to be exact. I like the name and I like the flavor. In fact I kinda feel like Tarzan after eating them.
Really though, they’re SO much better then the conventional ones. I usually purchase mine from Trader Joe’s, but if you can’t find them there, opt for organic blueberries. I promise you’ll notice the flavor difference.

Recipe: Mixed Berry Green Smoothie from 135 Calories
Serves 2; approx 135 cals each
Serves 1; approx 265 cals
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup Strawberries, Raspberries, or Blackberries, or a mix, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 medium Banana, frozen
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
– or add half teaspoon Vanilla Extract if you don’t have vanilla milk - 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup baby Spinach
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds, save a few for topping, if desired
- Ice, if you wish
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
