We’ve had a variety of colors for our smoothies but I do not remember having such a green, green one before. So lots of green goodness in this one. And lots of nutrients to help your body flush out all the unwanted ’stuff’ – please excuse the technical terms here, lol!

This detox green smoothie is a great way to get lots of vegetables and nutrients in a tasty way after any big meal or holiday.
Recipe: Green Green Detox Smoothie Only 100 Calories
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 stalk Kale, stem removed
1 cup baby Spinach/greens
1/2 Lemon, seeds removed, skin on
1/2 inch piece of peeled Ginger
3 inch piece of peeled Cucumber
1/4 cup fresh Parsley
1 ripe medium Pear, roughly chopped
1 sprig Mint leaves
1/2 cup Water
Optional: 1 packet Daily Good Greens powder – an extra 35 cals
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
