Recipe: Ginger Pineapple Cold Relief Smoothie for 150 Calories
Serves 3; approx 150 cals
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups / 250g Pineapple – preferably frozen, cut into small chunks
- 1 cup / 240 ml Coconut Water
- 2 Oranges – zest and flesh
- 10g fresh Ginger – peeled & chopped
- 4 tsp desiccated / shredded Coconut – unsweetened
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbs raw Honey
Handful of ice (optional – depending how thick you like your smoothie, but recommended if your pineapple is not frozen)
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
