Serves 2; approx 220 cals each
Ingredients:
- 1/2 of an Avocado
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 12 medium Strawberries
- 1/2 cup 2% Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup lowfat Milk
- 1 tsp raw Honey (optional)
