Recipe: Coconut Blueberry Green Smoothie for 144 Calories
Serves 2; approx 144 cals each
Serves 1; approx 288 cals
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup frozen Blueberries
- ¾ cup lightly packed baby Spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk beverage
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Chia or Hemp seeds
- 1-3 teaspoons* Maple Syrup
(* calories calculated with 1 tsp, so increase the cal count if that matters to you when using more.)
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
