This berry and yogurt smoothie has only 165 calories and fits into our healthy eating weight loss plan. It is perfect for a mid-afternoon snack or to sip while preparing dinner.
I love berries in my smoothies but I don’t like the muddy color I get when I add spinach to them. However, color is not everything, so I’ll put up with that yucky color now and again for the benefits the greens provide. (Especially as I’m not good at eating them straight.)

My basic rule: Add what you like and try out different ingredients to see what works. I don’t like any one ingredient to overpower the smoothie.
