Strawberries and/or raspberries and thick, creamy coconut milk make a wonderful combination in a smoothie. it’s one of my favorites. It’s a pity coconut milk is so high in calories.
However, we can still have this delicious combo as part of our healthy eating weight loss program. We just have to go easy on the rich coconut milk. That’s fine because, thankfully, we don’t need much for it to taste good. (And at only 200 calories, there’s room to add more, if you wish!)
This recipe is from Ciara Attwell at MyFussyEater, who says …
There’s something so fresh and tasty about this smoothie. The coconut taste is very subtle but the small amount of coconut milk makes it super creamy.
