This tasty smoothie is based on a recipe from Rebecca Lindamood at FoodieWithFamily. Instead of nutmeg, which is not one of my favorite spices, I used cinnamon which is a favorite and adds a lovely gentle sweet spiciness.

Recipe: Banana Cinnamon Smoothie for Under 200 Calories
Serves 4; approx 193 cals each
Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized, ripe Bananas, frozen in chunks
- 2 cups natural Greek Yogurt, non-fat
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbs Hemp seeds
- 1 cup Ice
Optional:
- a little extra Milk, to adjust thickness if necessary
- up to 2 tablespoons of Honey, if required – add 64 cals per tablespoon
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
