As with many products nowadays, traditional buttermilk is hard to find. And most of what we find in the stores are cultured with lactic acid bacteria.
Try yogurt or sour cream to ring the changes.

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe Bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup frozen Blueberries
- 1 tablespoon raw Honey, OR 3 small Dates
- 2 cups Buttermilk, or Milk
- 8 Ice cubes
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
