Recipe: 5-Ingredient Green Smoothie for Under 220 Calories
Serves 2; approx 214 cals each
Ingredients:
- 1 medium Banana (recommend frozen)
- 1/4 cup / 20 g Oats
- 2-3 handfuls of Spinach or greens of choice
- ½ Avocado
- 1 ½ cups / 360 ml unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 cup Ice
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
