A quick and easy Protein Smoothie Recipe loaded with chocolate and peanut butter. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack!
Recipe: Protein-Rich Chocolate PB Smoothie Just 175 Calories
Serves 4; approx 175 cals each
Ingredients for 4:
2 Frozen Bananas
1 cup Kefir or Yogurt
1 – 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
3 Tbs Natural Peanut Butter
2-3 Tbs raw Cacao powder, or Cocoa powder
tiny pinch Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Optional: 1 tsp raw Maca powder
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Serves 1; approx 345 cals
