Protein-Rich Chocolate PB Smoothie Just 175 Calories

We have another protein-rich smoothie for you today.

This tasty, protein-rich chocolate and peanut butter smoothie is from Taylor at FoodFaithFitness.

I like to have some distinguishable flavors in my smoothies and peanut butter is certainly one way to get loads. I love having the excuse of the protein and healthy fats to eat peanuts, lol!

A quick and easy Protein Smoothie Recipe loaded with chocolate and peanut butter. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack!

 

Recipe: Protein-Rich Chocolate PB Smoothie Just 175 Calories

Serves 4; approx 175 cals each

Ingredients for 4:

  • 2 Frozen Bananas

  • 1 cup Kefir or Yogurt

  • 1 – 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk

  • 3 Tbs Natural Peanut Butter

  • 2-3 Tbs raw Cacao powder, or Cocoa powder

  • tiny pinch Salt

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Optional: 1 tsp raw Maca powder

Blend until smooth and enjoy.

 

Serves 1; approx 345 cals
