Recently I’ve had a couple of folks raise concerns about using bananas in smoothies for weight loss. Nothing new there, but outdated concerns obviously linger, some maybe justified, other less so.
I had always understood bananas to be one of the healthiest foods for humans, so I was intrigued today to discover this video from FoodnSport – with a surprising ending! You may well enjoy it too.

I’ve read articles that the riper the banana the better it is for our bodies! Also, we should eat THREE minimum TWO bananas a day!!! They are to aide in indigestion…so why do I get heartburn unless they are nearly GREEN!!! SIGH!!!! I must be weird!!! lol!!!!
