Recently I’ve had a couple of folks raise concerns about using bananas in smoothies for weight loss. Nothing new there, but outdated concerns obviously linger, some maybe justified, other less so.
I had always understood bananas to be one of the healthiest foods for humans, so I was intrigued today to discover this video from FoodnSport – with a surprising ending! You may well enjoy it too.
