I know that’s only two ingredients, but I’m just taking a breather, lol! This deliciously tasty recipe is protein-packed and with some added fiber thrown in from the apple. Add plenty of crushed ice and you have a creamy smoothie suitable for breakfast or a snack. The family will love it, too.

Recipe: The Best 3-Ingredient-Plus-Ice Smoothie
Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
2 Bananas, peeled
2 Apples, cored and sliced
4 tablespoons Peanut Butter
2 cups crushed Ice
Blend until smooth, thick and creamy. Share and enjoy.
If you use frozen bananas and you find the mix becomes too thick for your blender to cope, then add some water. I you end up diluting it too much, then remember to add less ice next time! (I often have to learn the hard way, lol!)
