3/4 cup Almond Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 cup frozen Cherries
1-2 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
3 Dates
1 cup organic Baby Spinach
2 Tbsp Coconut Cream (optional)
Substitution note: The author says she buys her frozen cherries at Sprouts. But if you have a hard time finding them, you can substitute raspberries or mixed berries. It’ll still be really yummy and full of antioxidants! The amounts given are approximate.
