Recipe: Skinny Apple n Almond Smoothie
Serves 3
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 medium Apple, chopped
- 1 medium Banana, frozen
- 5 Almonds
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Ice cubes
- 1/4 tsp powdered Ginger
Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
