Serves 3
Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk
1 medium Apple, chopped
1 medium Banana, frozen
5 Almonds
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
2 Ice cubes
1/4 tsp powdered Ginger
