Most of us love bananas, whether in our smoothies, or as fresh fruit. They’re a wonderful food, a rich source of potassium, providing excellent nourishment for kids and adults alike…Even fussy-eater kids will usually finish off a banana in no time!

But just sometimes they might need a bit more persuading… So when I came across this cool trick, (thanks Sam at, and DaveHax!) I couldn’t wait to try it out on them.
