Recipe: Cool as a Cucumber Apple Mint Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Cucumber (about 1/2 pound), peeled, seeded, chopped
- 1/3 cup 100% Apple Juice concentrate, undiluted, unsweetened, frozen
- 1/4 cup cold Water
- 1/4 cup Mint, fresh, chopped
- 10 Ice cubes (about 4 ounces)
Blend until smooth and enjoy well chilled.
