Recipe: Apple Kiwi Green Smoothie
Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups Almond Milk, cold, unsweetened (protein fortified, optional)
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups baby Spinach leaves, packed
- 1 Banana, medium, cut into chunks and frozen
- 1 Kiwi, ripe, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 Apple, chopped and cored
- 2 tablespoons Flax-Chia seed blend, or either
- 1/4 cup Oats
- Freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 a Lemon
Blend and enjoy.
