Blueberries are always a favorite smoothie ingredient. No doubt it’s partly due to the promotions and competition for blueberry smoothie recipes from a well-known supplier.

Recipe: A Healthy Blue Smoothie
Serves 1-2

Ingredients:
- Blueberries, frozen, 1 1/4 cups
- Greek Yogurt, plain, 1/4 cup
- Coconut Milk, light, 1/2 cup
- raw Almonds, slivered, 1 tablespoon
- Coconut, shredded, unsweetened, 1 tablespoon
- Water, 1 cup (or more for consistency)
- 2 Ice cubes
Optional: 1/8 teaspoon Almond or Coconut Extract
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Serves 2; approx 135 cals each
