
This simple, tasty smoothie has only three ingredients and only 115 calories – great if you are on a diet. Of course, you could vary the fruit and substitute coconut milk for the coconut water. Or add oats for protein and fiber and a tablespoon of hemp seeds for a good source of healthy fats. You’d still have a great smoothie, but a completely different one, lol! Plus the fill-me-up and the keep-me-going-till-lunch factors.
Just how much you add and what you go for will probably be determined by the time of day and whether you want a meal or a snack.

2 cups Cherries, frozen, pitted
1 cup Coconut Water
1 tablespoon fresh Lime juice
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
