Recipe 1: Strawberry, Banana, Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients: (Serves 2)
1 Banana, sliced
1 cup Strawberries
1 cup Raspberries
2 cups Milk
Preparation:
Mix fruits together in a plastic bag.
Seal bag and place in freezer for up to 6 months.
When ready, mix milk and fruit in a blender until consistency is smooth
Enjoy!
Recipe 2: Pineapple Mango Banana Smoothie
Ingredients: (Serves 2)
1 cup Pineapple, cubed
1 cup Mango, cubed
1 Banana, sliced
2 cups Milk
