Recipe 1. Pumpkin Cinnamon Spice Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
1/2 cup Ice
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg
Mix and blend all ingredients until smooth.
Recipe 2. Orange-Lemon Citrus Smoothie

Ingredients:
6 oz Lemon Yogurt
1 peeled and sliced Orange
1 cup soy or skim Milk
1 tablespoon Flaxseed oil (MUFA)
Ice
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients, except for flaxseed oil.
2. Blend for a minute and stir in flaxseed oil.
Recipe 3. Coconut and Berries Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Raspberries
1 cup Coconut Water
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded Coconut
Mix and blend all ingredients until smooth.

Ingredients:
1 cup Spinach
1/2 Avocado
1/2 cup Ice
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Cucumber
3/4 cup Coconut Water
