Ingredients (Serves 2; less than 200 calories)
1 medium uncooked Beet, chopped (leave skin on)
1 cup fresh or frozen Blueberries
1 cup Water
1/2 cup fat-free Milk
1 tablespoon Honey – optional
1 teaspoon Flaxseed oil
10 ice cubes
Tip: Thin with additional water or thicken with more ice, if desired. This recipes makes multiple servings; drink only one at this time.
