Recipe: Sweet Beet Metabolism Booster Detox Smoothie
Ingredients (Serves 2; less than 200 calories)
- 1 medium uncooked beet, chopped (leave skin on)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
- 10 ice cubes
Tip: Thin with additional water or thicken with more ice, if desired. This recipes makes multiple servings; drink only one at this time.
