Coconut milk and strawberries sound like a delicious dessert combination to me, but Jennifer at PeanutButterAndPeppers has made this luscious smoothie with them. Using canned coconut milk will give you a dose of healthy fat and a wonderful creamy texture. Then there is a good serving of fiber and protein this smoothie to, especially if you include the oats and chia seeds or flax seeds.
Jennifer says the smoothie is filling, and adds …
I just love strawberries and I haven’t really had anything made with strawberries in a long time. This smoothie has it all! A wonderful strawberry flavor, a pop of orange and it’s oh so creamy smooth!!
