This smoothie from Natasha at NatashasKitchen is a delicious combination of fruits and coconut water, or you could used coconut milk. There is a little Omega 3 fat thrown in for good measure.
Natasha suggests using flax seed oil, but if you don’t have any on hand then substitute 1-2 tablespoons flax seeds or chia seed. As I’ve often said, smoothie recipes are flexible.
Amanda says this smoothie has …
… just the perfect amount of sweet-tart flavor and the strawberries really enhance the yummy apricot flavor. This is a healthy, energy boosting drink loaded with Vitamin’s A & C with a good dose of fiber. Yum!
