Recipe: Ginger Cashew Smoothie
Serves 1 – 2
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Cashews
- 1/2 scoop Vanilla vegan protein (we use Rawfusion)
- one teaspoon or a 1″ piece Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup Ice
- 1 1/2 cups Coconut Water
Optional:
- Fruit, 1-2 pieces
- 2 handfuls Spinach
- 2-3 Dates
OR 1 tsp Honey, natural, local, if you need some extra sweetness
Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
