Serves 2; 139 cals each
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Coconut Water (or Water)
- 1/2 English Cucumber, roughly chopped
- 1 bunch flat leaf Parsley, roughly chopped
- 2 medium Lemons, seeded, + zest
- 2 cups / 330g Pineapple, fresh or frozen
Optional: 5 drops liquid stevia, or more to taste
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
