Feel free to adjust ingredients based on your own personal preference. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If you wish it to be sweeter, add more honey.

Recipe: Peanut Butter Banana Oat Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled Oats
- 1½ cups Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 large Banana (preferably frozen)
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons Honey
Blend until smoothie. enjoy.
