Recipe: Papaya Smoothie with a Limeade Hat
Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
FOR THE LIMEADE:
- ½ cup fresh squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Lime Zest
- ¼ cup Agave Nectar
- 1 cup Coconut Water (or plain water)
Blend the limeade ingredients, adjusting sweetness if necessary.
FOR THE PAPAYA SMOOTHIE:
- 2 cups frozen papaya
- 1 banana
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (or water)
Blend the papaya smoothie ingredients and pour into glasses.
Once done, pour the limeade on top of the smoothie mix, like putting a hat on it!
Enjoy.
