Recipe: Light Strawberry Guava Smoothie Snack
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup quartered Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Guava nectar
- 1 (6-ounce) carton Strawberry Yogurt
- 1 Banana, frozen sliced ripe
- 5 Ice cubes (about 2 ounces)
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Or freeze in popsicle trays.
