Recipe: Dairy Free Banana Gingerbread Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 700ml / 3 cups dairy or non dairy Milk (I used a mix of almond and coconut milk)
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp grated Nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground Ginger
- ½ tsp ground Cinnamon
- ? tsp ground Cloves
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Divide between two glasses, garnish with grated nutmeg and serve immediately.
