Recipe: Cafe Mocha Breakfast Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1/2 scoop chocolate shakeology or protein powder*
- 1 scoop vanilla shakeology or protein powder*
- 6 oz Coffee, brewed cold
- 6 oz homemade Almond Milk, or your milk of choice
- 1 cup ice
Choose some Healthy Additions or Alternatives:
- 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts (80-110 cals; 9-10 g protein)
- 1 tbsp whole Flax seeds, ground (164 cals; 2 g protein)
- 3 oz. nonfat Greek Yogurt (60 cals; 10 g protein)
- 1/4 cup Oats (94 cals; 6 g protein)
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds (106 cals; 4 g protein)
- 10-15 Almonds (80-120 cals; 4-6 g protein)
Garnish with a few chocolate chips or coffee beens
Blend and enjoy.
