Smoothies are a great way to lose weight and people use this as a tool all the time to shed a few pounds.

Recipe: Orange Papaya Passion Fruit
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Water
1 Orange
½ Lime
1 medium Papaya
1 Passion Fruit
Blend together until smooth.

Recipe: Orange Carrot Banana
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Water
1 Orange
1 Carrot
½ Banana
1 dried Apricot
Blend until smooth.

Recipe: Red Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 cup of Water or Almond Milk
2 Bananas
2 handfuls of Raspberries
1/3 cup of Cranberry Juice (sugar-free, so fresh is best, but store bought is okay)
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
