I came across this list for 25 quick smoothies all with just 3 ingredients and thought you might like them. Someone has rounded these up and produced a quick-guide list, but the link does not work so I cannot credit them.
This is similar to what we do here: knowing how busy life can get at times, we track down tasty smoothies and gather them here to save you time and effort doing it.
OK … Scratch that – at least the bit about not being able to credit the creators of the list. With just a little more research I found it at the DailyBurn. So I can give the credit now.
