Recipe: Yogurt Fruit Smoothie


  • 2 C Vanilla Yogurt (or fruit flavor)(I like Old Home brand)
  • 1 Banana – cut up
  • 4-5 Strawberries (or other fresh fruit, 1 1/2-2 Cups)
  • 1?2 tsp Vanilla or Almond Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar or Equal
  • Lemon for a zesty flavor addition
  • Enough Ice Cubes to fill blender loosely
