Two cups of watermelon chucks contains:
- 33% of your recommended daily value of vitamin C
- 5% of your daily value of fiber
- 0.7 milligrams of iron
It’s hydrating as well…
Watermelon is perfectly okay to use in a green smoothie. The idea that watermelon must always be eaten on its own and never mixed is simply not true.
