I thought juicing was supposed to be good for me – you know, help me lose weight, gain energy, better digestion, feel good, etc. And it is for many folks – the “fad” has gone mainstream… But here’s a serious alarm bell to take heed of – if you go about juicing the wrong way. Don’t replace meals with juices. Take heed of the warnings & make sure to use & enjoy juicing in the right way without compromising the balance of your diet.
