Recipe: Smoothie de Pina y Coco por Postre from only 150 Calories

Serves 6; approx 150 cals each
Serves 4; approx 230 cals each
Serves 3; approx 300 cals each

Ingredients:

  • ½ fresh Pineapple
  • 100 g / 1 cup grated Coconut
  • 65 g / about 2-1/4 ounces / scant 3/4 cup Oats
  • 2 cups / 500 ml Milk, your choice (I used coconut milk beverage)
  • Ice
  • Optional: Honey, to taste (64 cals per tablespoon, adjust calories if necessary)

For decoration:

  • Pineapple triangles
  • grated Coconut

Blend until smooth and enjoy.
