BlendJet has recalled 4.8 million of its portable blenders due to fire and laceration hazards. These blenders, sold between October 2020 and November 2023, have been reported to overheat, catch fire, or have blades that break off, posing serious risks to users. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has documented 329 incidents involving breaking blades and 17 with overheating or fires, resulting in significant property damage claims.

Units with serial numbers starting between 5201 and 5542 are recalled. Verify your unit by entering its serial number on BlendJet's safety webpage or contact their support for confirmation.
