My sister (Genie) pointed me to this delicious clean-eating recipe. It comes with a very concise “how-to-make-it” video featuring Shira Bocar (Everyday Food). The video is full of super tips. And what a fantastic way to ramp up your healthy raw veg intake!
As well as setting your taste buds tingling, this’ll get your creative brain working to come up with some great new fruit & veg combinations for your own smoothie recipes.
Check out the video & recipe below and let me know what you think.
According to Shira Bocar,
Smoothies are one of the best ways to get your fresh fruits and vegetables at any time of day.
The combination of nutrient-rich strawberries and grapefruit in this delicious drink really packs a healthy vitamin-C punch!
