How many smoothie had a day.
I have a book by JJ Smith. She has a page on Facebook. It called the 10 day green smoothie cleanse. For 10 days you have to drink. About 3 smoothies. A day and eat the approved snacks. There is also a modified version, where you can also eat meals. And smoothies if need be. I did it in November, i didn’t weight myself before but my pants are hanging off and my waist is showing now. Went from 20 to size 17/ 18 in 10 days. If you need more info let me know. Also this is all natural just fruit and veggies and ground flaxseed and water

Do you use 1/3 cup of water with the other 2 recipes smoothies? The water wasn’t on the list.
