  • 1/2 medium Banana: 55 calories

  • 6 Strawberries: 23 calories

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries: 42 calories

Add to the blender:

  • 3 oz. nonfat Greek Yogurt: 60-65 calories; 10 g protein

  • 1/4 cup Oats: 94 calories;  5 g protein

  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts*: 80 calories; 5.3 g protein

  • 1 cup Water: 0 calories

Total calories: 361

* Hemp hearts have half as much fiber and 3 times more protein per tbsp than other seeds.
